SchoolShopSales attempts to keep the standard cost of its uniform as low as possible. Part of achieving that is to remove as many returns and refunds as possible. To do this we offer a set of sizing samples that are available via the school office to try on to help keep the number of returns to a minimum.
However there are times when an incorrect size has been chosen and delivered and in this case we are delighted to offer our no quibble returns service providing the item in question is unworn, back in its packaging and fit for resale.
All returns and replacements take place with the kind assistance of the school office. When you want to return an item take it to the school office. Please then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order reference, details of the incorrect item and details of what replacement you require.
We will arrange collection and inspection from the school office. Once the item has been approved SchoolShopSales will replace the item like for like and deliver it back to the school office for collection or passing to the pupil in question. Please follow the same process for refunds which will be made directly back to the card that made the original order.
