While Phase 1 of Back to School is now complete we now move into Phase 2 which is also a very busy period. This means that we are still unable to move back to our 5 day home delivery dispatch target and this is likely to remain the same until the end of the second week in September. We have also temporarily scrapped the two week Free School Delivery Service in favour of more regular deliveries until the busy period ends. Any orders that we received after the 26th August are in Phase 2 and will be delivered imminently as we complete them. Phase 2 is expected to be completed by Tuesday 10th or Wednesday 11th September and we expect to return to normal service at the end of that same week. Please be patient as we continue to process all the orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
